The time has finally come and I´m back in Bolivia! It´s been 3 months since I visited the country for the first time and I’ve had a chance to relax, discover some amazing places and network for my next chapter in life here. Follow me in this second round in Tarija and La Paz, which was pretty hectic as we didn’t spend more than three days in the same place, it was back to back!

🍷 Tarija
After a looong trip from Geneva, I finally made it to Tarija (through Madrid, Santa Cruz and Cochabamba). My boyfriend warmly welcomed me upon arrival and we got to enjoy a few sunny days by the pool, going to the local market and walking around the city. He also took me to some new restaurants such as Guapito and La Taquería, which I strongly recommend for their delicious food and friendliness.

🇧🇴 La Paz
After a few days in Tarija, it was time to go to La Paz. We just spent a couple days there but we had a good time after our respective workshops and meetings with my boyfriend’s colleagues. We also discovered Risky Business, a great place for drinks and snacks right next to our Airbnb in the Calacoto neighborhood.

Following our stay in Tarija and La Paz, it was time to explore the surreal Uyuni salt desert (Salar de Uyuni) and the Eduardo Avaroa Reserve (I and II).
