My 2024 trips: a year in review
Another year is about to go by, and it's time to reflect on the destinations that I visited this year, and to start dreaming about the ones I'll be exploring in 2025. Even though 2024 was quieter in terms of travel compared to previous years, I still had my fair share. Here's my year in review, including my tentative travel plans for the upcoming year!

Itinerary around the French Basque Country
Nestled in between the Atlantic coast and the mountains, the French Basque Country (also known as Iparralde) features idyllic villages and landscapes. Located in the Nouvelle Aquitaine region, just across the border from Spain, I am sure you will fall in love with this area. Around the Irún area with my in-laws
After visiting Córdoba and Priego de Córdoba with my in-laws and some family friends, we all came to Irún, my hometown in the Basque Country. We spent a few days here altogether, enjoying great food and sightseeing lovely places such as Getaria, Zumaia, San Sebastián, Lesaka or Hendaye. Curious to know all there is to see in this area?
Back home in September (part 2): Hendaye, Ciboure, Biarritz
While we were back home, I took the opportunity to show my boyfriend around some places he didn't know yet.
This time we went to Hendaye, Socoa (in Ciboure) and Biarritz, some of my favorite spots in the French Basque Country.
