My 2024 trips: a year in review
Another year is about to go by, and it's time to reflect on the destinations that I visited this year, and to start dreaming about the ones I'll be exploring in 2025. Even though 2024 was quieter in terms of travel compared to previous years, I still had my fair share. Here's my year in review, including my tentative travel plans for the upcoming year!
A 7-day Spain road trip around 16 monumental destinations
Follow me on this 1.500 km circular road trip exploring 16 monumental Spanish cities around various regions of the country, including Cantabria, Asturias, Castilla y León, Castilla la Mancha, Comunidad de Madrid, La Rioja and Navarre. What to do around Salas de los Infantes (Burgos)
I spent this weekend in rural Spain, around Salas de los Infantes in Burgos. Along with my Dad and my brother, we visited some family friends in their village. In these uncertain times due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we really enjoyed unplugging and reconnecting with nature and the simple things in life. Starting the Christmas season right: Madrid, Extremadura & Ávila
It's almost Christmas and it was time to fly back home from Bolivia! Here's my one-week itinerary back in Spain before heading to my hometown today. Non-stop as you can see! Since moving for good to Tarija in July, I hadn't had the chance to travel outside of Bolivia. But with Christmas around the corner, it was time to spend some quality-time with our beloved ones back in Spain.
