fall in Washington DC

Washington DC is a beautiful city all year round, but I find it looks at its best during the fall season. There are falling leaves everywhere and the colorful trees become the perfect backdrop. Follow me on an autumnal itinerary throughout the USA‘s capital.

Around the National Mall

The National Mall is a must when visiting DC. It hosts various Memorials dedicated to the Founding Fathers and relevant landmarks in the country‘s history.

Adams Morgan and Mt Pleasant, some of my favorite locations to admire fall in Washington DC

These are two of my favorite neighborhoods in DC‘s northwest area. With plenty of cute rowhouses, chances are you’ll come across cool Halloween decorations too.

Embassy Row

Located along Massachusetts Avenue, this area in the capital of the USA concentrates most of the embassies, diplomatic missions, and other diplomatic representations.
