As you might remember from my previous post on Georgetown, I loved this DC neighborhood so much I couldn’t wait to come back and keep exploring it! Here’s the result.

Whenever I want to go out exploring the city, I use my trusted Washington DC guidebook by Lonely Planet to make the most out of the experience. I hope you’ll find it helpful too!

It’s been over a month since I moved to the USA, to Washington DC to be more precise, and Georgetown remains my favorite area to stroll around. Its cobblestone streets are filled with elegant mansions, trendy stores and Georgetown University students. It truly has something for everyone!

Check out the beautiful architecture and see for yourself!

Lastly, next Monday is President’s Day (a public holiday in the United States). I will go on a road trip with friends through the State of Virginia. We are planning to visit Charlottesville, Richmond and Williamsburg. Stay tuned!
