Fall in New York
I'm just back from another great weekend in NYC and I never seem to have enough of exploring the city that never sleeps. Fall in New York was absolutely beautiful! This time I walked in Manhattan from West to East, hence discovering the West Village and East Village as well as everything in between, including the Greenwich Village. If you want to learn more about what there is to see and do in these neighborhoods, keep on reading.
A fall getaway in Virginia
A few days before celebrating my first Halloween in the United States, I went on a weekend getaway to Virginia with three other friends. We spent that couple of days enjoying walks in the middle of nature in Shenandoah National Park, cozying up in our wooden cabin and soaking up all things autumn including pumpkins and colorful leaves.
A day-trip to Annapolis
Looking for a great getaway from Washington DC? Located just 40 minutes away from the Nation's Capital, Annapolis is the perfect day trip. Known for being a small coastal city housing the US Naval Academy, it is also the capital of Maryland. If you're looking for things to do in Annapolis on a day, keep on reading.
What to do in Chicago in a weekend
I just spent a weekend in Chicago with some friends. Known as the Windy City, it is one of the most populated cities in the United States. Located at the southwestern tip of massive Lake Michigan in the state of Illinois, Chicago is the financial capital of the Midwest. Famous for its groundbreaking architecture as well as its cultural and educational institutions, it is also home to President Obama. Learn more about what to do in Chicago in a weekend by following my detailed itinerary!
