Prices
Prices of products and services and delivery and other charges displayed on this website are current at the time of issue, but may change at any time and are subject to availability. The applicable prices are those indicated on the website on the date of the order. The prices are detailed in each article and include VAT (Value Added Tax). The amount of shipping costs is also indicated to the customer in a detailed manner at the time the order is placed.
Risk and Title
MATW will retain title to the products you order until you have made payment in full for those products, but all risk in the products will pass to you upon their delivery to or collection by a postal or courier service. You should consider whether to obtain any suitable insurance.
Delivery
The delivery period will be a maximum of 30 calendar days from the completion of the purchase. The delivery of the orders will be made at the address indicated by the client, taking into account that the customer will pay the shipping costs.
The address indicated by the client may be a private address, a place of work or any other address indicated. The billing address and shipping address do not have to match. Our transport provider will send a notification indicating the day that the delivery will be made and allowing the change of date and delivery address. On the same day the delivery is scheduled, our transport provider will send another notification reminding you of the details of the scheduled delivery.
In case the delivery is not possible due to the absence of the recipient, the transport agency will leave an indicative note and will try to contact the recipient by phone. After two unsuccessful attempts, the customer must contact the transport agency to proceed with the delivery. In case the delivery cannot be completed, the order will return to the warehouses of origin and the money will be returned to the customer.
Limitation of liability
MATW will in no way be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, resulting from use or inability to use the website or for the cost of procurement of substitute products or resulting from any products purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through the website or resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data or of any information contained on this website, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, use, data or other intangible, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Refund Policy
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in a fully resalable condition. Returns should be made within a resalable time (14 days) and in original, undamaged packaging. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us.
