The Kingman Island Bluegrass and Folk Festival was one of the things in my bucket list before leaving DC. ​​This festival is the city´s largest all-local music benefit in support of Living Classrooms of the National Capital Region.

I went there with friends and it was so much fun listening to bluegrass and folk music and enjoying outside! It reminded me a bit of the cool vibes during a road trip that took me to Nashville​ in 2013.
